Take it from someone who lives in MN, going anywhere near the light rail after dark is taking your life in to your own hands. Things like this happen every day. What's sad is EVERYONE anywhere near the Twin Cities knows this to be the case. But the "compassionate", "tolerant" libs that run Minneapolis and St. Paul have refused to do anything since the light rail was built many years ago out of fear of being called a racist.
