Depends on the circumstances. I'm ok with wearing a mask at the grocery store, but not at the beach, on a boat on the ocean, or out walking. In those other instances, distance is plenty. I live in an area that has continuing community spread, mostly because the State has refused to test symptomatic people of the wrong age bracket.
I am really interested, however, in seeing California reverse its filty plan to have coronavirus-infected people housed in nursing homes, which have accounted for half the State's coronavirus cases.
I am also interested in knowing whether the State is giving old folks MMR inoculations as a preventive or hydroxychloroquine and zinc to avoid hospitalization for nursing home patients.
The notion that putting on masks after the infection has peaked is silly; using known but not-yet-fully-explored treatment methods for people at severe risk is not.

Masks prevent nothing and do more harm than good by lowering oxygen and increasing carbon dioxide levels in blood. Change my mind.
