It prevents discrimination based on religion and things you can’t control (race and sex). It’s only fuckup I’ve ever noted is not protecting political beliefs.

And can you explain in more detail on that? People say prejudice shit all the time, the issue currently is twofold. A double standard (okay to prejudice against men and white people) and conflation of facts with racism are current issues that don’t have anything to do with it.
