Is this real

Oh it's very real. It maybe made sense early on as we were worried the hospitals would be overrun and these Adult Care Facilities at least have some capability to care for stable but symptomatic patients.

But by the end of March when it was clear that the hospitals weren't being overrun, this should have been recinded and the patients left to recover in the hospitals or the overflow beds. Every nursing home I've seen that had one positive returned, has a dozen more in a week or so and the extra beds all with negatitve pressure sit ununsed.

Unfortunately, it's so long into it most of the nursing homes have it bad and Cuomo is committed to it. Recinding the order at this point is an admission of guilt.

Ugh. And so more people die.

IANAL, but surely there's someway he can be made responsible for this?
