Look into Ultrasonic Pest Repellents before you drop that $19,000. My Dad has had a rodent problem for well over 10 years fixing rat traps and glue traps with peanut butter. He decided to purchase some of the ultrasonic repellents last month and has reported that none of his traps have been messed with. He usually gets a kill every 2 days and said he hasn't even had a trap trip in over 2 weeks. Unless you have as many rodents as the Pied Piper, I would suggest trying out different methods of extermination before dropping that much money to solve a rodent issue.
