Every small business should just open up ... now.

If they did, we'd spread people out over more locations. Cramming people into just a few stores seems stupid.

I work in retail and you are correct. It's the only place to go so it's where people catch up and go out with their kids.

And every Governor that allows the ones who try to be slammed with fines, license-pulling and jail threats needs to be smacked down hard.

The town I grew up in (500 pop.) has one bar and restaurant and they've been closed this whole time. They don't even have a police force there, so nobody could even stop them from re-opening. The mayor won't. City council won't. They're just following the rules because the rules are the rules and they're probably scared they'll lose their licenses or something.

The city council is voting today to tell them to open. They're advising the county sheriff's office of this and telling them to stay out of town and not harass people for going.

The truth is, most people are staying locked down because they're good natured...and two months is apparently the point where good nature ends.

There's been talk by our Governor of extending his "OrDeRz" to July 17th from May 18th... LMAO, dude will have people on his lawn 24/7 if he even tries. I'll be there and I won't leave. I will bullhorn punk rock music all fucking night and when the cops show up I'll take off on a dirtbike. IDGAF anymore.

yeah, and dont forget to bang your pots and pans in celebration when you see a person in scrubs come home from work at the hospital...they're "heroes", remember. it's tough to simultaneously rant hysterically on Facebook, then waste hospital equipment to dance in a TikTok or reenact the Last Supper. Give them discounts and commercials applauding them. "nOt aLL hERoEs wEAr cAPeS"

Don't healthcare worker hate. We cringe at that shit harder than you do. It's so amateurish like a first year nursing student with her coffee mug that says "nurses call the shots" and bumper sticker saying "real heroes wear scrubs" on her brand new Toyota matrix she hasn't made the 1st payment on yet.

I get it. Similar to Boomer hate

Even though this a lie ... the hospitals are mostly empty.

He was being so sarcastic that his post could be read through the internet. Just to add a layer, my brothers Fiance who's been a nurse for 10 years in Louisiana just got laid off because of this bullshit.

They even have lawn signs now in MN

Seen those several states away. Congrats, they're doing the job they trained to do.

The fact that the employees of Walmart haven't dropped dead is a good indication this entire thing was a fucking fake.

Poonjazzler1 5 points ago +5 / -0

Up by me in Wisconsin, majority of our cases where from kaytee and oreilly auto parts.

2
Brucesky420 2 points ago +2 / -0

They revealed that info to you guys? In my county they wouldn't even tell you anywhere the first 50 people who got infected had been in the past week. It was just constantly "no evidence of community spread", which was obviously bullshit

I live in a small town so by the time I sat behind grandma at kwik trip ordering 30 capacinos it was already the talk of the town. Two of my tenants work at Kaytee and had to self quarantine, which they told me I think sometime that evening or the next day

You mean every grocery store employee hasn't died? Weird.

11
BurgerChef90 11 points ago +11 / -0

Don't forget, it spreads at polling places too!

4
Lla26 [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not if the polling place is in a grocery store!

We are so blessed to have the smartest virus ever that knows the difference between a Wal-Mart and a Nail salon.

We’re saving lives here by limiting golfers to two at a time, 15 minutes apart, and no golf carts, unless you have a doctor’s note, or you’re one of the people that rules don’t apply to.

Because grocery stores have a lobby. So dors walmart. Shoe stores, no. Nike, yes.

5
Magastein143 5 points ago +5 / -0

another odd yet lucky thing: this doesn't spread at NYC subways

A family shop would take you longer than it would to go somewhere for a meal.

Especially these days since you need to line up outside. Have to keep apart from everyone. In some case following set routes around the shop.

Still getting businesses saying they arent ready even though they've been closed for two months doing nothing.

What you are seeing is businesses with access to government funds not wanting to open because in some cases they are making more money. Then you get small businesses not putting pressure on local officials to let them open.

I can say with 100% certainty that this is the case in restaurants that arent busy.

Side note: can someone who has a Twitter reach out to this guy and tell him that he needs to change his profile picture. Every time I see him on here I assume he is a libcuck. It’s messing with my brain.
