No, I get it. 10 years in IT networking. Bought Bitcoin at ~$160. (Didn't strike it rich but paid for a trip to Vegas with the gains...if only...). I don't see why they couldn't simply analyze the screen to find the most common 4 numbers touched. Truthfully they could probably see what order they were touched in. But they can surely examine it and see the worn down screen over 4 particular numbers.

Many people have it, aren't in bad shape, go home, fight it off and go on living like normal. Since they aren't in a hospital, they'll never get marked as having recovered. Although, you'd think that those people who get discharged from hospitals would at least be marked off. One of the many reporting issues and why it's all FUBAR.
Our county has public data available for total tests performed, positive tests, recovering at home, at hospital (in and out of icu), recovered, and deceased, but for whatever reason the only numbers being reported at the state level (CA) are positive tests and deceased. 🤔
My county is reporting recoveries and it makes the whole thing seem super weird because we have like 120 cases with 85 recovered give or take a few. Then our country executive is throwing a shit fit because we got 9 cases in one day (started well before reopening on Friday) and was lecturing everyone about how we would need to be locked down again if we didn't stop it. 6 of the 9 all got it working at the same 'undisclosed' business too.
