They've closed their northern border due to the China Virus, they've locked down their southern border due to the massive convoys of people trying to illegally pass through Mexico to go to the US, and they've MASSIVELY increased their spending on both their army and their border guard to crack down on both illegals and gangsters trying to sneak into the US.
They didn't want to pay for the PHYSICAL wall, so they're paying for the ECONOMIC wall (USMCA) and the CRIMINAL wall (Mexico, Central America, and the non-Venezuelan parts of South America beginning to strictly enforce their own borders).
Why do we need Mexico pressing this issue anyway?
