It doesn’t always take 14 days to incubate. If there was a tremendous surge in cases in Georgia we’d probably at least see a blip in the data by now. Instead it continues to trend down, with Georgia reporting on Saturday that they had the lowest number of patients in a month.

i spoke to someone today who stated GA has a huge resurgence of cases in rural areas because they reopened. Can't find anything to support that ....
