Well pede, I would also say you are seeing what they want you to see. There are two effects from how mass media tries to program people. The first is to create the idea that "all reasonable people" buy into whatever they are selling at the moment. That's the herd mentality. Then they want to make everyone that feels contrary isolated and alone. You're not alone. We have a network of like minded people here. Learn facts and try to persuade people. If you hate where you live, come up with a plan to change that. Even if it takes a while, it is something to devote yourself to. Don't give in and let your feelings make you into what they claim you are. They're wrong about us. Don't prove them right.
