I found this site today and it has given me hope and confidence that the next generation is ready to fight the evil that is known as communism. I’m old, hate social media and the internet, but I couldn’t be prouder today than to be called a Pede. And for that I say thank you! Keep up the good work, if I can find you, anyone can! I'm not that old and I can't stand social media and pretty much everything to do with the web. This place is good for the most part though.
I grew up with social media an deleted all my accounts. There's nothing good about social media.

Well I am 66 and know how to comment here, but my attempts to post seem to be hit or miss. I grew up when you could roam a mile radius from your house and come home at supper and then when the streetlights came on. We spent the day in the woods swing on grapevines and drinking creek water. I lived in the suburbs 50s and 60s. Life was so different then. If you remember any of this you are probably approaching "oldster" status.
Grew up in another country but there are similarities. I was a child in the 70s. I think I'm there.

Voted for Reagan and was pregnant for my second child when he was shot. I was pretty freaked out. I remember him saying to his wife as he was being wheeled into surgery "Honey, I forgot to duck"
