The US gave this guy 5 million dollars in federal grant money.

Funny how the only way they caught him was an IT guy at the university found a Hard drive @ the universities lost and found. IT guy tries to find out who the hard drive belongs to, and it has a suspicious email that states, "I need to be careful right now in this current political climate, otherwise I may lose my job at the university."
