So does this bill have to go through the 'normal' steps and land on Trump's desk for final say or are they some how passing this through under some emergency bullshit??
It's a surprisingly small bill, threeish pages including the "this is what allt he words we used means" section. It doesn't have any other "pork" in it besides the totally open ended funding for the destruction of the constitution.
It's even reasonably possible to explain it away as a "Good thing for funding testing!" if one doesn't look at how much room for abuse it has. It's possible they are/were hoping it would pass by unnoticed while everyone makes a big stink about the 3 trillion dollar cannabis bill.
What really caught everyone's eye was the hundred billion dollar price tag, the obvious evil overtones of the bill number, and the open ended "as much funding as we need for any number of years after."
It's only after questioning those things that you start asking 'what the hell does contact tracing into peoples homes, and quarantining people who are already quarantined mean?'
And... now they are preparing for child separations in multiple states.

The 'virus' seems to have already made it's way through the populace and now on it's way out...so why all of the sudden they want to usher in tracing and kidnappings??? If it was for serious protection like they claim you'd think this would have been the first thing mentioned when Corona should up here, but no; now they want to do it after the fact. So what the fuck is their real intentions!!???
