They did change it, but there is language in it such that it only goes into effect if more than 270 electoral votes of other states also adopt the laws. No this is not true. They did change it, but there is language in it such that it only goes into effect if more than 270 electoral votes of other states also adopt the laws. This way they can't get fucked like you're thinking.
