We need laws against this sort of thing. I’m not for censorship, and plenty of things are right on the line, but this one is not. This is just hateful and stupid.
I hope someone takes up the case and finds these guys! You can tell the picture was intentionally found by doing some search related to them. They knew what they were doing, they just didn’t think they’d get caught. If this site accomplished anything, it’d be catching people in the act of this shit and making them pay in a perfectly reasonable and legal manner like this.
Conversely, I always know when a minority committed a crime in the media, particularly a black one, because they suspiciously act like they have no corporeal form in their description of them. “Crime committed by person in City. Suspect is said to be...existent. Their name appears to be Tyrell...er... T. Smith. Actually, T.S. If you have any information about this disembodied entity that we’re sure had reasons for robbing and shooting that guy, let us know. Last seen wearing a black hoody and black pants worn around his ankles with some kick ass Air Jordans and gold chains.”
I live in a nice area in the Bay, but any time there’s a crime or shooting nearby, me and my wonderful black friends always joke “Okay, how black do you think he was? Crayon black? Tiger Woods black? Somali Warlord black? What color was his hoody?” We’ve yet to be wrong. Black people commit a lot of crime. Ignoring that isn’t going to let anyone address the root issues behind it. It just keeps them trapped in broken fatherless homes with moms married to the state that lead to poverty and prison.
No i agree. No censorship but HUGE FELONY charges for all media and press who report false and fraudulent information.
The Press has the freedom to report information in our first Amendment. And its should be only Truth. Not lies. If you found or accused of lying you got to go to court. And if you are found guilty then you pay huge fines or close up shop. We cant lie while under oath so why allow media to continue lying?
It would make journalists remember how to actually search for the truth.
https://archive.is/T2Awo goes to the same thing.
Archive.is went to numerous top level domains including .fo back when several ISPs were blocking them.
In fact, Firefox prevents you from clicking a lot of stupid sites by default. Add Ublock Origin and Bypass Paywalls extensions and see how much you like it.
I use Chrome for the few links that don't work in Firefox if I'm in Windows. Don't seem to have the issue in Firefox for Linux.
Archives of now changed tweet and article:

Thank you for this! It's insane and sick how often the media does this.
It looks like they deleted the tweet ENTIRELY when it turns out the image didn't fit their narrative...

I actually explained in these 2 comments how this is a perfect defamation lawsuit:
Stock photo they used is from a lawful protest in Montana who had nothing to do with this arrest:

Notice how the left-wing retards in the comments keep blaming Trump supporters even amidst other commenters posting actual photos of the perpetrator?
How come your links say archive.is but they actually go to archive.fo ?
and then firefox blocks them as attack sites

Cloudflare is garbage.
It's a Firefox thing. I copy those links and open in a single Chrome browser window and close it once I finish reading the article.
Firefox is so much worse than it was 10 years ago, relative to other browsers on the market.
