I wouldn't give this forum too much credit. Plenty of pedes here. But I got deported plenty for yelling at assholes here who thought getting shut down was a reasonable reaction back when they thought Trump was advocating for it!
There was a massive disinformation campaign around February - March here on TD.win, and other forums. I noticed a HUGE difference in post quality around that time, and they were all working together to slide threads - the videos we were getting out of China, "Wear your mask," the infection rate, etc, was all clearly propaganda. I even had CCP agents arguing with me on my LOCAL news about things. I live in Idaho...
I think most true pedes were never onboard with this. It just took us time to weed out the garbage.

I think people are open-minded and willing to change their opinions based on the currently available information. As we learn more and more about China virus we are able to better make choices that accurately reflect our current situation. We were given massive disinformation by China and it took many weeks for us to start learning what they already knew.
The ability to be open-minded and change your opinion seems to be a waning skill set these days. I continue to ask people to remember what we were sold in the first place. I never believed in any of this shit, but I am cognizant or people's need to be cautious. But can people keep a though in their head for more than a day and recognize when the goalpost has been moved to another field?

Even Drs who disagree with the shutdown are saying it was the right move in the beginning, that caution was necessary, and the right measures were taken until more information was on hand.
I also don't think conservatives have, by and large, been "sheep". We know that the majority of conservatives believe in the rule of law and would obey measures that were passed in a lawful way.
Now that we are beginning to see information conflicting with the original doom models, governors cracking down on some businesses but not others, law enforcement dragging mothers out of parks, governors passing shutdown orders without legislature approval, etc. it's perfectly reasonable to say enough is enough.
Its scary how easily cowards are manipulated. Lets shut the the entire country for 6 months over the flu. Biggest hoax in history.
Our side needs to petition for the country to be shut down until Abortions and PEdophilia stop.
