“What do you know about the investigation of Burisma?” Yovanovitch was asked at one point during her October testimony.

“Not very much. And, again, that happened before I arrived,” she testified. “… Burisma wasn’t a big issue in the fall of 2018 — 2016 when I arrived.”

“Were you aware at that time of Hunter Biden’s role with Burisma?” she was asked at another point.

“Yes. As I mentioned, I became aware during the Q&A in the prep for my testimony,” she answered.

Well, she managed to directly contradict herself in a single sentence there. It's either:

  1. Yes, she wasaware at that time (in "2016 when I arrived", or even "in the fall of 2018" as she apparently misspoke before saying "2016 when I arrived"), or

  2. "I became aware during the Q&A in the prep for my testimony."

It can't be both, unless she started prepping for her late 2019 testimony an extraordinarily long time before she was asked to testify, and even long before the impeachment hearings over the Ukraine call were even contemplated.

neither [Biden] nor the previous Administration ever raised the issue of either Burisma or Hunter Biden with me.

It's literally in her opening statement in the talking points. I'm surprised she didn't get called out at the time, but she clearly perjured herself in testimony.

The DNC wrote that for her to way back in november because they had already picked Biden to win.
