Our state is SLOWLY opening up and is allowing stores to open but almost all are requiring masks while shopping. I read our states guidelines and it said businesses can strongly encourage people to wear masks but they must seek legal council before mandating it. I can guarantee small businesses are not seeking legal council (especially in Portland). Can we be forced to wear masks? I know Costco mandates it. I’m just confused. Help a girl out with this. And for the record- I’m totally against wearing one, just want to know how others are handling the craziness.

Costco in Indiana (at least the local one) said you had to wear one....been there three times and only staff are, because they are forced to.
I chat them up, and they all think its horseshit, but they want their jobs. It's a PR battle now, that's all.
