White people are complex enough to make actions just for symbolism. If a hoodie put his hand on the gun it would be 10x more likely he was gonna pull it out of it's holster.
Non-Hoodies are the only gun owners known to have the ability to place their hand on a holstered pistol and walk backward at the same time. It's just some sort of genetic ability that developed over time. They also have the innate ability to keep their sights level, not tilt the firearm and use two hands.
He looks to be doing the exact same defensive stance that cops do, and making his intentions visually clear. Not whipping out his pistol from a sweatshirt to bust a few caps.
As close as they are, its tactically more sound to close distance and try to position the hand to block the weapon. If he reached for his own weapon, the other guy will 100% get his shot off first and the cop knows that. The cop is also physically larger than the gunman, so he is doing the right thing here in this picture.
Anyone posting this is just fishing for attention from the race baiters and adding to the cacophony of bullshit that is driving people psychosis.
