One thing I've noticed whenever I get sick is that whenever I do things, I feel better. Usually what happens is I'll get sick. I'll feel like shit for a couple days. Then say fuck it and go do something. I'll feel back to normal then.

What they used to do for back injuries was extended periods of bed rest. Fuck that. What you should do for a back injury is deadlift. Your body is strong.
