Rand Paul has been through a lot lately. He has aged because he got the snot kicked out of him by his crazy libral neighbor. Remember he was hospitalized twice because of a pneumothorax and again when he had a empyema. So, collapsed lung(chest tube) then a lung full of pus. He lost a lobe, part of his lung. This guy has emerged a changed man. He is now playing hardball. Don't mess with him.
