Nope those California cucks are gonna do whatever their master says. Watch.

44
TheGulagKnownAsCA 44 points ago +46 / -2

Please. Not everyone in California is a brainwashed liberal. There’s plenty of MAGA conservatives and plenty of people in the middle, and if you did just a little bit of research, you’d find plenty of instances of Californians disobeying these stupid orders.

20
VetforTrump 20 points ago +20 / -0

True that my son a retired marine is in San Diego area. He said there are way more Republicans there than people think. He believes a clear majority are. Voter fraud squashes that and builds the liberal dominance illusion.

10
DontApologize 10 points ago +10 / -0

Sure California has more conservatives then any other state. But the question is are they willing to get arrested on mass to stop this illegal order? Are they willing to go to court?

The left is betting the right has no backbone - no will to resist and suffer the consequences for it. They are betting that people won't even VOTE against them for it - and that's 'hidden ballot' in theory. The believe they can create a dependent class and stay in power for ever.

Hopefully it doesn't work out for them - but so far it has. Even people on the right like that chick from Breitbart seem to swallow the leftist mantra about saving lives wholesale.

This stunt seems much more effective then Mueller or the impeachment. The left will pull a Venezuela on this and blame Trump and capitalism for this disaster.

I don't think counting on 2020 to resist government tyranny is a good plan - I'd prefer Barr step in FWIW. They should be able to prosecute people who violate the constitution no?

2
womp-womp-twice 2 points ago +2 / -0

But think about it, who are the kind of people that have no impulse control...it's the dimtards, very clearly.

By them keep pushing people around, some of those mentally ill will "lose it" and snap out, the more random restrictions there are, the sooner.

Lest we forget, California is the place where almost no law is being really or fully enforced, besides tax laws on small businesses ...

This right here.

1
XirWokeMasterCuck 1 point ago +1 / -0

Fair and I’m sure you are right. I shouldn’t have been so absolute.

Let’s see over time where Cali is come the fall. I’m curious to see if the MAGA and Middle of the road people make an impact.

Jeb was the brighter of the two mentally challenged sons that ghw had. But Jeb doesn't have the stones for dirty work. Just a passive puppet while others bleed the sheep.

15

They want everyone to buck so that they can return to normal without making the call to do so and taking responsibility.

12
DarkMemeDuck 12 points ago +12 / -0

I honestly wouldn't doubt it. On a systematic level across the board, from businesses to schools, towns to states, the major failing in all of this is no one at all seems to want to lead. I've witnessed it everywhere. Everyone who has the say to open their businesses, drop their shelter in place laws, or open their church back up is too scared to be socially bludgeoned by the Karens to take the first step. And believe me, the economy being opened back up full scale is just right there waiting to happen.

8
VetforTrump 8 points ago +8 / -0

They want to kill their states and use it to turn people against each other to take the heat and attention off the fact Obama just got exposed and some serious shit is being corrected. Timing is everything now. Watch be vigilant for your adversary Satan walketh about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
Don't let the roar of fear freeze you.

5

38
altaG12 38 points ago +38 / -0

perhaps he should be sued like was done in WI...... The WI GOP lawmakers who brought the lawsuit have said the legal challenge was necessary to get a seat at the table where Evers and state health officials make decisions about how to respond to the outbreak, which has killed 418 people in the state in two months. Hope the CA GOP gets a clue and does something quickly

16

Its already too late to peddle it back too. Theyre in too deep. Theyve shown their hand, we cant just reopen and forget they never showed their true colors and expect them to be seen as competent and for the people like they want sheep to believe.

At this point, they have realized this and also realized that if they dont go for the kill now, they will probably get killed after (lawsuits, voted out, jailed, in some cases death penalties)

6

I'm certain they were planning to do this while they held the president's office. That's why they've been so desperate to remove Trump. Without that position locked down, it has proven to be a very impotent strategy.

What would be the problem with a picnic? These rules are so ridiculous. I mean, if I am sitting off by myself sunbathing on a towel I probably come in to less contact with people than if I am walking around the beach. These rules are just power grabs.

13
TennesseePride 13 points ago +13 / -0

That's where it all falls down, though. Of course, if some people went to Adam Schitt's office, dragged him out in the street, and worked him over... well most red blooded Americans wouldn't complain too much. If some PANTIFA leftists did the same thing to Jim Jordan, one of the few men in congress that seems to actually, really care... We'd be looking for them to be sent to Gitmo. When you throw out the rules, things start cutting both ways.

10
Slapstick86 10 points ago +10 / -0

Like when a leftist tried to assassinate Republican senators at a baseball game? Yeah, that totally made the left collapse /s smh.

The fact is that whoever controls the media is in control of the narrative which dictates to people who haven't woken up or who can't think for themselves how to feel. Our voices are just censored. The media are just as deserving of a tar and feathering as corrupt politicians.

1
TennesseePride 1 point ago +1 / -0

We didn't care much for that, did we? In that guys mind, though, it was fine. And a lot of leftists didn't really mind either. To say we're going to drag whoever out behind the woodshed and put the fear of god into them leaves the door open to some bad shit.

9
cjcivicx 9 points ago +9 / -0

The difference being that PANTIFA would be beating innocent people... our side is trying to right a decades old wrong.

We should never ever allow emergency powers ever again. There is no situation where they would need that power. In a real emergency Americans would act responsibly. Get the government out.

3
RedderIsBetter 3 points ago +3 / -0

I was never notified of any emergency powers or actions. I only heard rumors from others and every one of those they got from the fake news. I need something more than third-hand fake news telling me what I can't do.

14
SleazyAtty4sale 14 points ago +14 / -0

3rd takeaway: crystal clear which party the authors vote. Whole thing had a massive slant which I'm sure they thought was subtle. Liberal faggots just can't help themselves.

7
Bert 7 points ago +7 / -0

I thought the same thing but further reading:

"In striking down most of Order 28, this court has strayed from its charge and turned this case into something quite different than the case brought to us," Hagedorn wrote. "To make matters worse, it has failed to provide almost any guidance for what the relevant laws mean, and how our state is to govern through this crisis moving forward. The legislature may have buyer's remorse for the breadth of discretion it gave to DHS in (state law). But those are the laws it drafted; we must read them faithfully whether we like them or not."

Seems like he’s just interpreting the law as written. We just have shitty written laws.

"It will force the Democratic governor and Republican-controlled Legislature to work together on the state's response"

What a novel idea.

The salt in that article is delicious

6
sordfysh 6 points ago +6 / -0

The article is trying to reason that Evers is doing a good job by saying that other people have just as little faith in the Republican legislature.

But we all know we don't trust either to shut businesses down. We want the localities to make those decisions if they are made at all.

Journalists are often pretty disconnected from the ground.

Tony E - probably is looking around his wastebasket for what to do next.

3
Johnfox13 3 points ago +3 / -0

When he first did the “nonessential” business shutdown order my first reaction “YOU SON OF A BITCH NEEDLE NOSED BASTARD.”

I thought my job was lost because of him... it was scary and I was fortunate my company is considered essential. But really, this was unprecedented, these damn governors

12
Slothboy 12 points ago +13 / -1

With no COVID-19 policies in place, bars, restaurants and concert halls are allowed to reopen – unless local officials put in their own restrictions. That raises the prospect of a patchwork of policies, with rules varying significantly from one county to the next.

OH NOOOOOOO! You mean each local area would be able to make decisions based on their population and needs? NOOOOOOOOOOO that can't be allowed! All policies must be "one size fits all". RRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

They cite polls as proof that the governor’s actions were popular. Not sure about the rest of you, but I’m really sick of hearing about polls that prove that everyone agrees with Democrats.

7
EpicTrump 7 points ago +7 / -0

Without legislative review, “an unelected official could create law applicable to all people during the course of COVID-19 and subject people to imprisonment when they disobeyed her order,” the majority wrote.

Also, without the need to get approval of the state legislature, a governor could keep the state in permanent lockdown being the sole determinant as to who gets to work, worship and get an education among other things. That’s tyranny.

Please let this set precedent for our upcoming lawsuit against our power trippin Governor Frau Whitmer! 🙏⚖️

7
thisisatestof2 7 points ago +7 / -0

I have said the exact same thing. They get their emergency powers but only for say 14 days, anything after that must have legislative approval for every action and renewed every 14 days.

I wish trump would tweet or take stance about these blue state lockdowns being done intentionally to inflict harm on constituents. The media would immediately say “no it’s not!” And blue states would immediately reopen as well. I’ve seen reverse psych used quite a bit in these last three years, and it is an effective strategy since the left and media essentially complains about trump not doing the opposite of whatever he is doing.
