Judge Sullivan could be doing this purely because it has all been a corrupt political spectacle and the inevitable (we have already won) outcome will be met with immense outrage from all the corrupt actors and those with an agenda. So by doing this in this manner, the judge is lessening the blow and handling it with kid gloves. If the judge is not corrupt, we know the case is over... Even the prosecution is not contesting this... Then he is simply handing out rope to all the corrupt actors.
I mean nothing about this entire case and the past occurrances have been normal, so it should not be viewed through a black and white lens.

This case is already over with. There is no prosecutor and they want to drop the case, and Sidney powell has been trying to get the case dismissed as well. Sullivan should just sign off on it now.
