We don't want him pardoned, we want him exonerated

I mean he can never be "exonerated" because he has nothing to be exonerated for... If you understand what I am saying. I suspect he knows full well what he is doing and has been doing for the past several years. This is the guy who got everyone chanting "lock her up!" He hasn't said a word on twitter for several years but has kept changing his heading pic? He is screwing with the bastards and it's epic! Hahaha

I can't make any sense out of what this is about other than they are allowing these corrupt and EVIL assholes to publicly humiliate themselves.

The judge cannot be this stupid. There is great desperation in these actions and that indicates very good things for General Flynn's side.

His ability to claim against these characters is voided if he's pardoned?

If he's convicted of anything, then they can say "Well, and we caught him!"

If the entire thing is "Dismissed with Prejudice", that makes a solid case for "They were operating illegally from the start!"

He can likely get redress from "The DoJ" regardless. But. To get it from individuals , you often have to show they were *exceeding their job entirely * . Having the DOJ say "They were exceeding their job" and having the Judge say "yep" ... Well, it's a start.

Mostly, we don't want to be arguing US Code 2 Section 242 "Under Color of Law"

We want US Code 18 Section 2381 "Treason"

Happen to think this is all maneuvering to get people to admit connections in a court of law. Somehow.

They want to bait Trump into pardoning him so they can screech for the next 5 years about how Trump is pardoning criminals and persecuting his political opponents.

I mean they're fucked either way, but pardoning would be the best outcome for them.

We haven't gotten to the "persecution" part... That comes with the well deserved punishment part. It's gonna be great

If I understand correctly, I think if Trump pardons Gen Flynn then they won't be able to counter sue all the Swamp people that tried to take him out.
