Me personally, during this whole thing i have never felt any fear whatsoever regarding the virus. Yes this virus has taken out lots of people worldwide, but you know what else has, the flu. Each year worldwide, influenza kills 500,000 people every year. And that was from a google search i saw early on when. Funnily enough this statistic no longer shows up when you type in how many people die from influenza each year worldwide. What, did people just stop dying from the flu this year??
Its all BS, the fake corrupt media made this thing out to be the apocalypse, like it was the end of the world. Well it didnt take me out, im still here. And like the great DJT, i dont wear a mask when i go out.
I was worried that he would start wearing a mask during press brefings, thank goodness he is still the good old DJT i know and love. He like me cannot and will not wear a mask.
Mark my words, wordwide this virus is on its way down. Just look at countries all over the world, especially Italy, Spain and Britian that are now reopening thier countries.
Also, i have this belief that DJT will win re-election in a landslide and that whatever the media and Democrats try to do between now and November will blow up in their face.
What really pisses me off right now is that my girlfriends work is basically forcing her to wear a mask, but due to her anxiety attacks she suffers from it cannot be done. Her HR department sent her a letter yesterday saying "try to wear it at home to be comfortable with it" as if it a fucking living thing. The HR department also gave her no options on not using it. She thinks the Covid Act takes away her rights which I told her is not true. Neither of us wear masks and she told me she cannot wear it at work because she feels like shes choking so it triggers an attack for her. I am fuckin livid over this and ready to go to battle against her work.
Tell her to stick to her guns and not wear it. She is protected by ADA and HIPAA. Her job cannot force her to wear a mask and they cannot fire her for not wearing it. Plus, there is absolutely zero reason for healthy people to wear a mask. It’s actually counterproductive and could cause her to get sick.
I am not quite familiar with the ADA besides the dentist association. HIPAA as well not familiar with them. I really appreciate the response on that.
ADA: American with Disabilities Act. You can’t be discriminated against because of a disability and you have no obligation to disclose your disability. In her case it sounds like her disability is anxiety and she already disclosed it. Regardless, she is protected. Same reason none of us have to wear a mask. It poses a health danger and I’m not required to disclose to you what that health reason is.
