That's city life. Most of the time they roll on someone it's not even to rob them. They just like to intinidate people. I grew up in a liberal shithole of "brotherly love". Yeah fucking right. I would like to point out it was never the Dominicans or Puerto Rican’s that would rob or hassle me. They seemed to understand repeat business and were generally nice to you.

Yeah man. Grew up in FKD/Kensington. Somehow made it out alive and in one piece with no addictions.
