Before you go spreading that quote, I don't believe there's any evidence he actually said that. That being said, he wasn't fond of the the civil rights movement.

Black culture before Great Society Act used to be cool! Business owners, jazz clubs etc. Pretty awesome.
Then Lyndon B Johnson passed Great Society act to pay mothers more if the father isn't in the home. I learned a lot from Candace Owens.
