Actually it's even lower than 13% because statistically it's black males between the ages of 16 and 35 responsible for 52% of the crime in America, so given that demographic it's probably closer to 5% or less of the population. Either way it's a jaw dropping statistic. Oh, and any leftist who refuses to accept it is racist for turning a blind eye to crimes in the black community.
