i guess the normies feel more confident hearing there is a vaccine?

i dont care as long as i dont have to become an outlaw for refusing to get vaccinated

This is key, and probably why he keeps talking about it. I'm hoping his angle is the creation of a vaccine, but not requiring it to be mandatory. That allows the people who want to get the vaccine to do so, without treading on people's rights.
