That tweet hurts the brain. She literally thinks wealthy keep all their money in a giant McDuck building. She doesn't realize that purging the creators would cripple the economy for generations. Even if she fully liquidated all assets to come up with several trillion dollars, they may get a year or two of low grade nationalized healthcare out of it. Then it collapses because the next year, there'd be only a tiny fraction of the revenue coming in since they gutted the economy.
