When we are accused, we have the FBI and for some stupid reason the CNN camera crew at our houses. But when THEY are the guilty ones, nothing of that happens. What a clown world.

FBI seized sen Burr's phone. Why not seize send Feinstein's phone too?

Almost as if FBI is not interested in investigating but only in going after one political party.

the FBI is the personal police force of the democrat party and nothing more

i thought they were Famous But Incompetent

Never confuse evil intent with incompetence. That's why we are so complacent. Incompetence people can just be voted out. Evil people should be arrested.

Another tidbit: Yates, Rat Rosenstein, and former DNI Dan Coats are currently all partners at the law firm that employed Wray until he became FBI Director.

Incestuous doesn't even begin to describe it.

Would be a shame if someone firebombed that law firm

It's not hard to celebrate Burr. Fuck that guy. Definitely not working for Americans. Out! Out! OUT!

Keep the rank and file swamp committing "little crimes" on their toes

Does he sell his own shares? Most congressmen have their investments held by a blind trust. I haven't looked into much about the Burr case, just what I've heard from Tucker and it seems damning at surface level so I agree he deserves to be investigated at the very least if he controls his investments and sold them all right then and there after a briefing. CEOs are required to schedule when they will sell their stocks, usually months ahead of time. It shouldn't be any different with congress.

That being said, the part that is frustrating is how democrats who commit much more blatant, higher crimes continue to get away with it. That's what separates us from democrats, we're not afraid to condemn our own. It's getting to the point where I'm considering stopping condemning all crimes by Republicans until democrats start falling for their own crimes

  1. Burr is a part of the same apparatus as Feinstein.
  2. It's possible that Burr did something technically wrong that Feinstein didn't
  3. God help us

Senator Barr was NEVER a republican - he was always a self-dealing asshoe !

What about Yovanovitch??? I just read that she lied in her impeachment testimony regarding POTUS.

"ICYMI: Marie Yovanovitch Lied Under Oath - Impeachment Boomerang: Contacts exposed between US embassy, Hunter Biden-connected Ukraine firm - Ambassador’s impeachment testimony omitted mention of her meetings with Burisma, letters."

charbatch 5 points ago +5 / -0

There will be hearings...

3
MW23232 3 points ago +3 / -0

But will there be consequences after the hearings?

1
Thearchduke 1 point ago +2 / -1

You've never heard of a " sharply worded memo"? A Tweet that says "somebody needs to look into their behavior"??

Try and keep up, alright?

MW23232 1 point ago +1 / -0

You're right! Maybe Lindsay Graham will stand up before Congress and make another fiery-sounding speech, and make us feel a little bit bad ... and we can wonder for another year or so if maybe he's FINALLY coming around, and think maybe we were being a little too hard on the guy.

I guess to them its easier to consider Trump a one off and it'll be corruption as usually once he's gone.

Whether he’s on our team or theirs.... Roger Stone has a funny face. It must piss them off so much.

Excuse the broken record reply, however:

WHEN THE FIRST DOMINO FALLS, THE REST WILL FLEE

And when they do, their deadman switches will ALL be triggered.

They didn't build their empire of filth to have it simply taken away.

They will DESTROY THE WORLD OUT OF PURE DISDAIN rather than simply lose.

So, this is the root of the foot dragging, and those who have been telling us to "wait for it", for so long.

That being said, BRING IT THE FUCK ON. Let justice be done though the heavens fall.

Also none of the known situations involved a global civilization with billions of people. There's really no discussion to be had because there's nothing we can do about it. The instances in the past also did not involve mass communication of any kind, and certainly not instantaneous comms from a magic wand in everyone's hand. It's a powerful tool and an extraordinarily powerful weapon. And, of course, war is now all or nothing with nuclear weaponry. We're in very foreign territory as to how this goes next, but more than likely the world's nations will undergo catastrophic change by 2100 and new societies will emerge in their wake. It's kind of a black pill the more you think about it and assess history, but it's our lot.

"Hi I'm so sorry to bother you on this beautiful afternoon, but could you, maybe, provide us some materials?"

"Oh I would love to! Would you like some tea?"

"I would love some tea! Thank you!...I'm sure everything will be fine. This is just a formality of course."
