So basically all these dumb states with super high deaths... are self-inflicted deaths. I'm willing to bet if you remove all the "oopsy" deaths and "died with" deaths, we'd have numbers that match a regular flu season. But nope, incompetence will continue to kill thousands.

There's another benefit for them too. It forces the parents to stay at home to care for the kids and prevents them from wanting to return back to the workplace.
