Well i can imagine a situation where a judge refuses to prosecute Biden claiming he is not criminally responsible for his actions due to cognitive decline. I could also imagine him still being the democrat front runner after this with them claiming it's discriminatory and divisive to criticise someone for normal age related decline. The media would just ignore the ruling that renders him unfit for office and people on the left would mostly not know it ever happened. This is of course a ridiculous scenario but i still wouldn't be surprised if they tried something like this. The dems seem to be able to get away with anything no matter how insane or illegal it is.
