Username checks out. Living in a blue state shithole. Our tyrannical governor is hellbent on keeping us locked up in perpetuity. My business is tanking, I already have a client suing me over it, and no one gives a damn. I run a business that is dependent upon being able to hold large events; several per week. I’ve rescheduled 20 to next year so far, a number have cancelled and demanded 100% reimbursement, and if this keeps up, I can’t make it. We are hemorrhaging money. I’m looking at losing not only the business but my life savings and retirement...things I have spent the last 25 years working 60-100 hours/week to build. The sacrifices we made were immeasurable, and now clearly weren’t worth it. Physical health is tanking, because my chronic health condition is heavily influenced by stress. I miss my 83 year old mother (who knows how much more time she has on earth), and I miss my church family. Both of our cars are shot because we put off buying new ones to get the business off the ground. Saddest part is, small business owners have been forgotten. We are just collateral damage.
