Man working from home is tough. I’ve always had the option but after being couped up for 3 months I never want to work outside of an office again. Having a good relationship with your coworkers is honestly great.
True everyone is different. I tend to get distracted at home more than work but I also thrive on the social aspect of being in an office. Although I have to assume my company will have to drop their open office, no one has their own desk, sit anywhere policy after this.
I thankfully work in a very young industry and the oldest person on my team is in their mid thirties. Everyone I work with is pretty cool and I enjoy talking to them but when I’m busy, headphones are your friend. People will largely avoid you if you have them on.

I’m wired differently than most people, I have found. I’m less distracted and more efficient from home.
It takes all sorts, I guess.

I have literally declined jobs because of their bullpen, free-for-all seating arrangements. (SEI specifically)
It’s not quaint or groovy. It’s annoying as fuck to constantly have the routine disrupted.
I need to be able to shut the door and not hear Karen running her fucking mouth.
