I wouldn't put that as a standard. Getting heavily sick can cause heart failure and other shit so saying he died from a heart attack, whilst he was on a ventilator for Covid doesn't mean Xi Jingping doesn't have blood on his hands. He wouldn't have had that heart attack if he wasn't deathly ill.
So 50'000 people dead (based on today's numbers) is my rough shot
