Have you ever read the fine print on a traffic violation issued via traffic camera? In this state, if you respond, your reply is an automatic admission of guilt. You can go to a "hearing"...not court or an actual trial of facts to ask for a reduction in fine. OR you can provide the name of someone else who will then be fined.
Here's the scam...if you ignore the ticket they don't do anything because they know it's an unconstitutional money grab. You can't be reported to DMV, credit agencies or insurance companies and it can't go on your driving record.
They do it because most people are afraid and think the government must be obeyed. It's bullshit and it's time we fight back.

Best time to sell is in May-August and we’re just not in a position where we’re able to sell yet. I can’t even look for work in better states because the economy is DOA until Trump is re-elected. Our first child was just born in October and now we live in a socialist utopia where our fellow Washingtonians argue endlessly on the Internet am lit who should be allowed to work or leave their homes and who shouldn’t. We’re trapped here. It’s a really horrible feeling.
