Both are available in pills. In the one-a-day vitamins. Vitamin D is available by itself. But don't overdose on it. Sunlight is even better, for vitamin D. But realistically lots of people can't get enough sunlight, so the pills are useful.

You can just have a milkshake since vitamin d is plentiful in milk, or dark leafy greens such as spinach.
