After a couple of bouts with sinus infection and bronchitis just a few months apart, I started taking 5000 IU of vitamin D daily. I won't say I never get sick anymore, but it's rare. And usually it's very brief, only 1-2 days of feeling bad. Such an improvement! permalink save report block reply

After a couple of bouts with sinus infection and bronchitis just a few months apart, I started taking 5000 IU of vitamin D daily.
I won't say I never get sick anymore, but it's rare. And usually it's very brief, only 1-2 days of feeling bad. Such an improvement!
