You don't need to get it. Just 50% of the population = herd immunity for Wu Flu.

So let all the Dims get their mandatory vaccines and BOOM! You're now "herd immune".

PS: I will be getting the vaccine voluntarily

The fact I am a medical professional. There really is no other reason that being high risk of catching it and then spreading it. Same with the Hep B and Flu shot.

Obviously if it's like that shitty 2014 or 2017 batch of flu vaccine might as well not, but if it has at least 80% efficacy I'll be in that line like a good little soy boy.

Do I trust vaccines? Certainly.

I don't trust Bill Gates, especially after what he had done to kids in South Africa. It was like the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment all over again.

3
Mythologick 3 points ago +3 / -0

Would I have taken vaccines 100 years ago? Probably. Would I take one after the science community and the world leaders have decided to make a full court press for world government and depopulation? Nah. I’ll take my chances with the virus.

Well they were tested on those people so you don't need to worry as much. Rofl

15
rooftoptendie 15 points ago +15 / -0

Well as long as Bill Gates isn't involved.

I'm not taking it either. I don't think flu vaccines are worth a damn. But I was also in heathcare for a while, and they can make it hard for you if you won't take vaccines. One place I worked at, I worked with an anit-vaxxer (which is fine with me, I don't have strong opinions one way or the other on that)... they told that person it was required and they would HAVE to get vaxxed to work. The employee put up a big stink, took it 2 managers up the chain, and finally was allowed to sign a waiver. Then HR put that employee on permanent night shift and gave them the worst schedule possible... and summarily passed them up for a promotion.

When I was in healthcare, I took the basic vaccines, TB and HEP, and have no problem with that because I was given one shot at a time, and because I really don't want to get Hep from an accidental needle-stick, or get TB from some weird immigrant. I'm very wary of them, but I'll take them for a good reason, if I feel like the benefits outweigh the risk.

7
ProphetOfKek 7 points ago +7 / -0

Plus I bet your job will require it unless there is a contraindication.

9
BoughtByBloomberg 9 points ago +12 / -3

No, the job can't require it because of first amendment stuff. You know religious doctors do exist and they can get an exemption. As a proud Rastafarian I have a personal note from Ahma Selassie Jr saying I don't need no vaccines, just in case anyone tries to make me do something.

But I have nothing against them. I get the argument against mandating vaccines but I find it silly people worry about them so much. They are literally so safe that whenever something goes wrong with em you get headline news like when the UN was giving everyone polio with type 2 vaccines (they used drop vaccines with live attenuated viruses instead of the standard injection with inactivated virus).

People freaking out about mercury back in the 2012s and other stuff should look up how much toxic metals are in tuna.

11
boondockspank 11 points ago +11 / -0

bro im not a huge anti vaxxer or anything but i seriously doubt any of the REAL issues with vaccines have made headline news, anywhere, ever.

I used to be the kind of person who didn't question vaccines at all. Anti-vaxxers look crazy i thought.. why would i wanna go there? well, now I am the father of a 4 year old boy who is diagnosed with autism and apraxia of speech and that has made me look into things a little bit more and keep an open mind with these things.

My son, when he was maybe 7 or 8 months old, was hit with 6 vaccines/medications/whatever you wanna call them, in a period of about 13 seconds and they were all part of the typical schedule of immunizations for healthy children. There were 2 nurses and they each had 3 syringes in their hand and on the count of three they began injecting the vaccines as quickly as possible.. 3 in one leg and 3 in the other. I can't believe I let it happen based on the trauma to my son alone bc he obviously flipped the fuck out, but I REALLY was ashamed that I didn't think of the possible damage it could do to his development. as I left i was thinking.. "holy shit, the amount of medication in this baby's bloodstream right now has to be alarming just based on the ratio of foreign substances vs. his blood" and I didn't even wanna dwell on the real issue.. how would his little body react to all of those foreign substances rushing his infant immune system? what if there was an allergy? a negative interaction between the combination of 6 different drugs? seizures? long term damage? who knows?? no one knows for sure.

is there anyone here that can honestly say they believe its safe for a 20 pound baby to receive 6 shots simultaneously for the purpose of immunization? those of you who do think its safe, would you allow the same thing to happen to your kid? its the last time it will happen to one of mine, as I will be much more diligent in ensuring that I know what is going in his body. Hell, they even tried to administer two vaccinations that he had just gotten at the last appointment and from looking at the ingredients of these vaccines and the amount contained vs the amount considered to be hazardous in situations outside of vaccination i really don't want to give my children that medication once, definitely not twice.

Either way, its bad to just outright reject all vaccines and its bad to outright accept all vaccines. Do your own personal research and decide what is best for you and your family. Everyone is different and should be treated accordingly so we need to get away from a "vaccine schedule" imo.

14
jamesfinmadison 14 points ago +14 / -0

Our first child had seizures after it. We forced the doctor to break up all the shots over time. They looked at us like we were anti science retards.

Fuck doctors and nurses. They do what the institutions tell them to do. Every one out of 100 not willing to be a robot faces penalties.

There is no link between autism and vaccines. Given the gigantic amount of children vaccinated all over the world we would see massive spikes in linked developmental disorders we just don't see. The research often cited is either lacking, shows no significant results or in the case of the specific UK doctor that became a big deal was actually funded by a vaccine competitor trying to corner the market for THEIR vaccine.

Even then we know the mortality associated with these disease far outweigh even the anti-vaxxer claims of autism and other promoted side effects. It used to be 1 in 11 children died. We've reduced that with anti-virals to 1 in 26 but think about that. 1 in 26 dead vs one in million of "vaccine induced autism" which I would highly dispute as an autistic child who got vaccines and the parents blaming the vaccines instead of their child being born autistic as it is not an acquired condition.

But hey good news! 95% of people are still getting vaccinated. So we have herd immunity. Even if you decide that the 1 in 26 mortality of measles (and we aren't even talking the other diseases) sounds better than the purported rate of autism induction from basic human immunization, you are still less likely to actually have to be confronted with that possibility because there is no easy vector for the disease.

So get your vaccines if you want, don't get em if you don't want to. Like I said, there have been HUGE fuck ups like the type 2 polio that was both a cost saving effort and a "muslims hate needles" combination of factors.

that immune hyper-stimulation does not happen when taking the equivalent orally.

What do you even mean with hyper stimulated? It is just regular immune processes at work. Do you mean you are stimulated with the mercury? That's not why it was in there, it was to stop bacterial growth until 2001 when it was removed. Or did you mean that the immune system reacts to the mercury? What do you think surrounds your guts? A gigantic patchwork of immune cell clusters whose sole job it is to constantly screen for pathogens and foreign substances in the food you eat. The gut is a gigantic network that is specifically designed to filter anything that comes in and scan it for diseases.

Including any mercury which you do absorb and in higher quantities than present in any vaccine, we are talking 2-5 ml vaccines vs 80 grams of Tuna. Which is why some companies literally develop rectal vaccines cause it works just as well as the injection, people are just weird about their buts unless they are mussies who like it up the butt cause they hate needles. Cause the gut creates the same immune reaction. All the while each can of tuna you eat is giving you more mercury and aluminium and lead and micro plastic particles than you could ever dream off!

Now why do we use those 3 aluminium compounds? So we need LESS vaccine! Yes the aluminium is the adjuvant. Just like Zinc, remember how everyone on here has been talking about the HCQ + Zinc? Yeah aluminium is just another metal that helps the immune system out. Like Zinc. In fact do you eat chocolate? They add aluminum to it for FLAVOR ENHANCEMENT... about 50 times the amount in the vaccine.

But here's the funny thing. I said do whatever you want. You're wrong, but why do you care about that? The things you believe not being true shouldn't matter to you if you actually believe them. I don't care.

Don't get vaccinated. It's your choice.

how do you know if a flu batch is good or not until after the fact?

1
BoughtByBloomberg 1 point ago +3 / -2

There are estimations based on flu strains that are prevalent, mutation patterns in recent cases, there is data from deployment in the Southern hemisphere too and lots of other factors. But you never know for sure until it hits.

Difference is if it works and I don't get it, great! If it doesn't work and I get the strain of the flu that they didn't anticipate there's nothing we can do anyway about it. It's a win-even situation.

2
Throwaway1 2 points ago +3 / -1

You say you're a medical professional but think that herd immunity is only 50 percent of the population? Yeah, sure ok

3
BoughtByBloomberg 3 points ago +3 / -0

No in the case of corona virus herd immunity is reached at 50% based on the fact that R0 is low for corona virus. If we were dealing with measles with an R0 of 12 we'd need >90%. But because Corona virus is far less infectious we reach herd immunity at 50% IF the vaccine actually works properly (>95% efficacy).

We have immuno compromised people who SHOULDN'T be vaccinated, which is why I am GREATLY against the CDC's at birth recommendation for Hep B vaccination. Fucking test the kid first to see if it can even handle it.

Not all vaccines are created equal. Stifling conversation about vaccines isn't going to help people figure out what they think on the issue. It's just going to polarize peoples opinions.

The only reason the antivax "crap" is a thing, is because vaccine researchers and manufacturers are not transparent.

10
BoughtByBloomberg 10 points ago +12 / -2

No it depends on the R0 of a virus. You can calculate it using a formula. Corona virus was at a R0 of 2 to 2.5 before the social distancing. If we used a 100% effective vaccine with half of the people immunized it wouldn't be possible for it to spread anymore because every other person you run into is immune.

So the target coverage for Wu Flu immunity is 50% of the population AT LEAST!

With measles you are dealing with an R0 of 12! That's why you need 90% coverage to stop measles. Because it is so virulent that you and the 12 people in the room will be infected instead of just the 1-2 other people with Wu Flu.

2
deleted 2 points ago +3 / -1
3
BoughtByBloomberg 3 points ago +3 / -0

The estimated. Remember the R0 of flu is below 2. Corona is basically flu on steroids, so an R0 of 2-3 isn't abnormal or out of expectations.

It is largely based on the method transmission which is why measles has R12 because it's actually airborne, as in it doesn't ride the droplets in your breath, but dust particles in the air. That can travel over 50 feet!

So R0 of 2 where on average 1 person gets 2 other people sick seems about right for Corona. R10 would be near measles where it's fully airborne and just sweeping through the population.

I actually advocated an alternate solution which is like Chicken pox parties. Where we'd get everyone under the age of 40 with no health conditions. Infect em all with their consent and then we just prescribe medication from the start to reduce mortality. We'd have herd immunity by the end of the month.

Of course this involves voluntarily getting people sick and there would be deaths (<1%). But we'd literally beat the virus into submission at a lower cost than currently with Cuomo shipping corona patients into nursing homes.

I had it five weeks ago. It sucked. Worst cold I have ever had by far. Lasted 9 days. With 4 really terrible and the rest like the flu.

Luckily I rode it out at home but I can completely see how it is killing people. I am relitivly young and in OK shape and I seriously considered going to the hospital one night because I thought I was going die. I was not able to breathe and my ears felt like someone was stabbing them with sewing needles.

I tested positive at the time but oddly did not test positive for the antibodies two weeks ago.

I am actually still coughing even after 5 weeks from a secondary infection it caused.

I think that a lot of the reaction is too much but the virus itself is not a joke. NYC metro area.

Even then they have a billion people, that's a lot of deaths and most of their hospitals are horrendous.

But I don't think POTUS is just randomly sending them ventilators. They put in the request and POTUS answered. Maybe it's just a shit test from them like "let's see if they actually do what they promised they'd do".

Personally yes, we've lost 3 extended family members due to it.

China is not invisible. You can see it from space.

They don't need them. India uses Hydroxychloroquine as a prophylactic unlike NY which banned it for most people unless there were just about dead anyway. Their death rate is 2 in 1 million, 700 times less than NY. 13 times more people have died in NY than India which has 50 times more people. people.https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries

Why aren't we producing the HCQ?

Why are we dependent on manufacturing from a 3rd world country for emergency health treatment?

Where have you been the last few months? People have been harping on this topic a lot lol Outsourcing has been going on for many years, including pharma.

Now that china is in the crosshairs, we have to find alternatives until production is established domestically.

then replace the narrative. just remember they're easily alarmed and you cant come at them with a double barrel serving of red pills

one at a time, especially when the psychos are serving them up for you with their nonsense

If you can’t even trust the government to not poison the water supply then you shouldn’t trust them not to be screwy with the vaccine either. Who knows what they’ll put in that thing? If it does end up giving immunity to the nothingburger virus then I’ll just view that as a positive side effect.

We have the best ventilators.

No vaccine! Don’t even play like that. Expose the bullshit already. Stop playing along with their lies at any capacity Mr President.

India is not fren. They are destroying our infrastructure projects with shit outsources/insourcing. Crucial engineering and design projects are handed over en masse to cheap indian labor at the expense of american people.

2
flashersenpai 2 points ago +2 / -0

They aren't doing anything unless it's offered to them. Take it up with the jerks in the US making it so much more attractive to outsource.

3
jamesfinmadison 3 points ago +4 / -1

He really, really, really doesn't get it on this vaccine. Just like 2A and red flag laws, he needs someone to educate him asap.
