Yeah just forget about the Scottish Enlightenment and the political philosophies that gave us Natural Rights and Constitutionalism. Forget about representative democracy and republicanism. Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, the Founding Fathers, John Locke, Montesquieu, Cincinnatus can all be forgotten. All peoples, not just the Western world, have benefitted from the ideas and sacrifices of such men. Not to mention the many scientific advancements that the Western world has contributed. I'm sure the world would be better if all of this history was forgotten.
