Well I mean we were watching the virus as it came quickly but also it's not like it really snuck up on us. A lot were watching it. We had a lot of time to get all these weird new names.
Social distancing isnt nearly as bad as "a new normal" even then it's a temporary normal as I will not accept a total return to anything less than total freedom like before. A temporary normal actually isnt normal. Its abnormal.
I don't know why people calling it a new normal. It's a temporary abnormal but as you can see the dems want to keep us locked up as long as possible, so that's obviously why they want to force their new authoritarian controlled "we will arrest you if you're doing anything more than buying food" normal. I'm just going to keep calling it a temporary abnormal
Agreed. It reminds me how people talk about 9/11. People act like it was the attack itself that irreversibly changed the world instead of realizing it was our reaction to it that really changed things.
