Joe has his flaws, but he holds his own with a lot of great minds and is a better interviewer than most. I've learned a lot about the world through him and his guests. You don't have to agree with someone to respect the work they do.
The show’s gone downhill since the new studio. Sometimes it’s just Joe huffing his own farts for entire minutes long monologues. And drop Schaub ffs. (Gently and not on his head, poor fella.)

He needs a producer and a director and a bigger staff to pump the process. He has outgrown himself and his schtick.
