They are completely flouting Constitutional law. They've done it before in other ways, but the stripping of rights from everyday citizens is a different level. Beyond that, they are doing everything they can to rig elections within their states.
I mean, I know they haven't written a formal declaration of war. But the saying "actions speak louder than words" exists for a reason. All of this is why I've often said here that yes, federal force needs to step in. We are in a civil war. Denying it doesn't fix it.

Unfortunately, I don't have a terrible record at calling these things. In Nov. 2016 I said they were staging a coup against GEOTUS.
The problem is, most small businesses do not have the money to hire a constitutional lawyer to challenge it. And even if they did, the state has our tax money to defend against it. In short, we are fucked.
Yeah that's why I'm saying what is happening now is a case where federal supremacy / force is warranted. They are behaving as if they don't have to follow US law. End of story.

I agree with you. As far as I'm concerned, war is here. They have declared it with their actions. I am not in favor of ceding territory though. I'm in favor of physically removing tyrants and communists who are usurping US law.
