Seems they will clean out nearly any virus.
Just when you eat breakfast or lunch, have some food with some fat, maybe milk or cheese, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, mayo, etc, (just look up some foods with fat in them) and take the vitamin D after your meal. 1-5k units per day
Quercetin apparently has the ability to allow zinc to enter cells as hydroxychloroquine does. Look it up. Maybe not to the same extent, IDK, but it does. So does EGCG (green tea extract)

People have to take vitamin d with fat because it is a fat soluble vitamin.
