I could go on and on with these, the last 4 years have provided us with a wealth of examples of Leftist SJWs and dirty DNC/RINO career-politicians openly lying with a smug beaming smile. The Leftist/SJWs I know personally are just as bad, they are a foul deceitful manipulative bunch who revel in falsehood, always with that same giddy smirking smarmy smugness that looks like it's copy/pasted onto their face.
Only a psychopath would joke about the death of his intern. I believe that her death needs to be thoroughly investigated with this in mind. Everything about it seems suspect.
And the medical examiner in that case had lost his medical license in another state for falsifying autopsy results. He was stripped of it again later in Florida.
