The writer makes a good point about how late night comedy shows seem much less funnier without the laugh track in the background.

Democrats painted themselves into a corner by being the party that is supposedly taking Coronavirus serious and using it to justify killing the economy. Now they are forced to strip away the crowds, the cheering, the claps, etc and all you see is a confused old man on a shitty webcam.
