I think a lot of stores don't care. Sure they have to put up the signs cause it's the "law" but that was the first time anyone, even a karen, asked me to put one on.
I don't wear one cause I think we all need to be gradually exposed to get immunity.
The menards I work at and all the other ones I know of require it and hired a new security company to put a guard at the door to stop people, and if they ignore them, the gm, who is the biggest, angriest asshole Ive met in my entire life, including boot camp, will come and bitch them out and kick them out of the store. Its ridiculous. And I have never seen him wear a mask himself.
