Yes the documents prove beyond a shadow that she lied, but she lied during her testimony back in November when she gave her opening remarks that said she never met with Biden or knew about Burisma or Hunter Biden, then later gave testimony in the same hearing that she was briefed by the Obama administration on Hunters dealings in Ukraine.
