I live in Marion county where this took place. There is outrage, but I cant find anyone that's willing or able to investigate this story. Who called in the complaint? If it were a neighbor, is there grounds for filing a false claim? How long does it take to do an investigation normally? These seem like they should be basic questions to ask.
